The most important service we can offer you – as a surplus value besides our idea of hospitality – is the active communication with the customer, our understanding for human needs, in order to satisfy every request, making your stay at our hotel unforgettable.

At Santino’s you’ll always find:

• Full information service, with maps, newspapers, travel guides, information about restaurants, typical products, wine shops and oil mills.
• Car rental service, possibility to book your transfer from/to the airport, or railway station.
• Shopping service for your arrival. You can send us your shopping list in advance… we’ll take care of the rest, choosing the best products for you!
• Catering service and a personal cook in the villa, for a typical dinner , or any other event, you can ask for your private cook.
• Children’s service, babysitting service and fun service for children.
• Service of breakfast in the bedroom (with fee)
• The following is included in the daily rate: free internet, use of bicycles, a tasty buffet breakfast.

• Fitness service for golf courses, spinning, Pilates, tennis, water gym, excursions with mountain bike, trekking, horse riding, archaeological trekking, etc.
• Wellness service for wellness treatments, total look, beautician, physiotherapist, and massages.
• Relax service: in front of our house you’ll find an anchored wooden sailing ship, which will take you to different isles in the lake(and restaurants around it), or you can just get on board and have a romantic happy hour on the lake.
  You can even fly over the Trasimeno lake, in a hot-air-balloon, or ride a scooter along the shores, travel in a horse-drawn carriage and visit different villages around the lake, and go to the close mountains.
• Free swimming pool: our house has an agreement with a swimming pool, just 2 Kilometers far from us, its use is free for our guests.
